Delivery costs and shipping times UK Only:

We Aim to send out all orders with in 1-3 working days after payment has been received but please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods. 

Working days are Monday - Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays.

• Orders up to £50.00 - Delivery cost would be £5.50 fixed fee (sent Royal Mail Tracked 48hr)
• Orders £51.00 - £150.00 - Delivery cost would be £6.50 fixed fee (sent Royal Mail Tracked 48hr signed for)
• Orders over £150.00 - Delivery cost would be £10.00 fixed fee (sent Royal mail Special Delivery) 

Please keep an eye on your emails including spam or junk emails as we will message you after your items have been dispatched with your tracking number.

Orders from overseas customers

If you are purchasing from outside the UK please contact us first before checking out, as we have a different check out process for our overseas customers. 

Returns / Damages

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package, to tell us why you are not happy with your purchase, please note that should you wish to return your item the return postage will be at the expense of the buyer. 

Your items will be very securely wrapped and packed but If your item arrives damaged, we ask that you please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package with photos of the damaged item/s and packaging, so we can promptly raise a claim with the shipping provider.  Photos can be sent to this email address mysticcrystalcoven@hotmail.com 

Discount Codes/Offers

We send out thank you scratch cards with every order which can contain a number of different value discount offers, free delivery or free items.  If you receive a card with a discount offer or free delivery, please email us at mysticcrystalcoven@hotmail.com before checking out with a photo of your winning scratch card and we will give you your unique code to enter at check out.  If you check out before contacting us for your code, we will not be able to honor your prize on that order.  However you can use it on your next order as long as you contact us before checking out. 

Only one discount code can be used per transaction and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or on sale items.
